  I stayed at Fuxuan Hotel for a full three days during my visit to Shanghai for Fudan University's academic seminar. As a business traveler who travels to various academic conferences all year round, I have seen many hotels that focus on high-end positioning. However, I rarely encounter places that embed "thoughtfulness" into daily details like this - their first-class service is never deliberately polite, but always appears at the right time when you need it.
  On the day I first arrived at the hotel, it was a weekday morning rush hour. I was stuck on the road with two large boxes of conference materials, more than two hours later than the scheduled check-in time. I thought I would be waiting in the lobby, but the front desk staff had already coordinated the room with the housekeeping department based on the itinerary I had noted in advance. Within two minutes of arriving at the front desk, all the procedures were completed, and they even called the baggage handler to deliver the two large boxes of materials directly to the door of the room. Even when I casually mentioned "the materials are a bit heavy", the other person smiled and said, "Don't worry, we can help you move them to the conference venue without any problem.

There was no cumbersome process of requiring a deposit and registering information. When I came back in the evening, most of my shoes were wet in the rain.
